Father Christmas Because You're You

I created this card for this week's Mojo Monday Challenge.  I started with BoBunny's  Father Christmas Collection in the 6x6" paperpad.  ~LOVE these papers!



The sentiment is from Verve.  I layered with several Spellbinder's dies:  Labels Twenty-One, Floral Doily Accent, and one of the new edge dies, Classic Triple Scallop.



I sprayed the sentiment layer with Perfect Pearls Mists - Perfect Pearl - from Ranger.





I made the flower with fimo clay and then misted with Pearl Mist, added fine glitter, and then misted again.  I had to let the flower mostly air dry, because when I tried the embossing gun, it blew the mist and the glitter OFF.  --oops.  :)  I added some pearls and black crocheted lace to finish up.  I love how it came out.  What do you think?  ~Jennifer

Laced With Grace For You

I love how this card turned out!  I am really enjoying my new toys from Ranger...  Pearl Mists and Liquid Pearls.  They make it so easy to dress up your projects!  These papers are from Glitz Designs Laced With Grace paperpad, and they have always been one of my favorites.  :)

 

Roses and Dream Big

I had a hard time with this card! I used the new Webster's Pages Petite Papers Collections Dream Big. Even the saying is already on the papers, and those cute little roses??? SO CUTE! (They also have a matching stamp set by Unity Stamps called Beauty -- one of my favorites, too!)

I brushed the papers with Tim Holtz Distressed Ink, Spun Sugar, but then I got stuck... After I put it aside for a couple of days, I started playing with my Spellbinders and got the idea to use a punched circle of roses from the paper collection, since the words were already on the papers. The gathered tulle, I hand gathered with a quick gathering stitch and adhered it to the front of the card with Score Tape. I didn't like being able to see the thread, so I covered it with folded seam binding and added a bow. Aquamarine bling finishes out the flower accent.
